Dr Graham Tomlin: The Wisdom Literature part 1
First of two in-depth sessions on the so-called wisdom literature of the Hebrew Scriptures (our Old Testament) which lays foundations for much of Judeo-Christian reflection through the ages and is still influential today, although often unacknowledged by secular thinkers. This is an important part of the Bible Jesus and Paul used and without which we cannot begin to appreciate the full impact of the New Testament.

Rt Revd Graham Tomlin, General Epistles part 1
An exploration of the non-Pauline New Testament letters (Hebrews, James, 1 and 2 Peter, 1, 2 and 3 John and Jude) that were written to the whole church rather than to individuals or individual churches. We will look at the Author, Setting, Date, Purpose and Themes of each within the overarching geographical context of the 1st century and the emerging reality of a Jewish-Gentile church.

We are hoping thereafter to return to dual delivery, but this will depend on Government advice nearer the time.
